All orders over $150 before tax will be eligible for free shipment via Canada Post Expedited Service. For orders under $150 there’s a flat fee of $10. All orders received by 3:30pm will be shipped out SAME DAY (Mon-Fri).

Expedited Shipping:  

Free on orders over $150. This is the recommended method of shipment as most cities in Ontario and Quebec are considered regional and will only take 1-2 business day for the shipment to arrive. Shipment to Vancouver or Halifax will take about 4-5 business days. All expedited shipments are provided a tracking #.

Xpresspost Shipping:  

If you prefer a faster method of shipment, you may choose to pay for Canada Post's Xpresspost service. We charge a flat rate of $15 for ON and QC, and $25 for other provinces. Products shipped via Xpresspost are normally delivered within next day to 3 business days after shipment. Delivery to the northern territories may take more than 5 business days.

International Shipping:

Sorry, Headfoneshop only ships within Canada.

What can be returned?

A product which has not been opened and is in its original condition can be returned for a refund.

When do items need to be returned by?

You have 7 days from the day you receive your shipment to return a product.

Shipping for returns?

Original shipping rates are not refundable and the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.

Credit for returns?

After receiving the product and verifying the product of its condition (unopened and in its original condition), the customer will be credited in which ever way the payment was originally made.

Order returns/cancellation

Processing fee of 2.9% will be deducted from credit along with shipping fees (if any). - Sorry as we can’t continue to absorb the cost of transaction fees banks charge.
